School in Laos
Students, since I am from Laos, I thought I would share this video from Youtube to show you what Laos is like and give you an idea of the people there. The video was taken by people visiting Laos and it shows them giving the kids some school supplies. Maybe we can do a drive for school supply and send some to countries like Laos and even Mexico. What do you guys think since we have done any international community service.

Food
Mexican food is a style that originated in Mexico. It is known for its intense and varied flavors, colorful decorations, and variety spieces. Most of today’s recepies are based on our ancient traditions, such as the Mayans and the Aztecs. Some common Mexican dishes are carne asada, burritos, barbacoa, chilaquiles, flautas, tamales, and many more. Some common beverages are atole, horchata, aguas frescas, jarritos, and many more. Some common desserts are arroz con leche, flan, pastel de tres leches, empanadas, cajeta, and many more.
When cooking Mexican food, the chef or cook does not usually use measurements or cups. You basically just throw everything together and guess how much ingredients or spices to put in a dish. Usually the cook is an expert who does not rely on a concise method of measurement. They usually taste it to make sure there is a right combination.
